We hire specifically to your requirements, working with your key hiring/line managers and any other relevant members of your team.  We provide support from very early inception, where we can advise on job descriptions, roles and responsibilities and management structure, through to the hiring process and beyond throughout their employment.

 

What you get:

  1. A full-time secondee, working for you and only you

  2. Payroll, Pension, Medical, all HR duties and all legal restrictions of employment administered and managed by us, as the who are the employer
