Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Subject Matter Expert

They have been at the forefront of Anaplan's growth in Europe for the past decade and are continuing to grow, especially in S&OP, where the ability to talk peer-to-peer with clients is so critical for them. Whilst the role is based in the UK, there is potential to work with clients across Europe also.

Responsible for advising clients in supply chain planning best practices and designing clients ‘to-be’ process.

The role is UK based, with the opportunity to meet clients across Europe should the requirement arise. Applications from wider European countries are possible, providing time

zones are similar and frequent travel to the UK is possible.

Responsibilities

• Project delivery

• Acting as the Subject Matter Expert for the customers planning process

• Engaging with people at all levels in the customer to understand their needs and to design a planning process that meets these needs

• Documents the agreed planning process and translates this to the technical lead to complete a model design

• Throughout the project; ensures that the model being built meets the needs of the planning process signed-off

• Support the sales team by sharing with customers at the pre-sales stage our expertise in designing best-practice planning processes

• Stock Replenishment

• Financial Planning

• Multi-industry knowledge

• The ability to deliver a process design phase; taking a customer’s requirements and designing an end-to-end planning process

• Confident in dealing with people at all levels in an organisation, up to the C-Suite

• Excellent communications skills
